Privacy
A short privacy note
This site is deliberately simple, and so is this page. Here is exactly what happens to any information you send us.
Who we are
New Age Safety Solutions Ltd (“NASS”), registered in Scotland under company number SC815678, is the data controller for any personal information you send us through this website. You can reach us at info@nassltd.com.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. We do not profile visitors, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The contact form
If you use the contact form we receive the details you type into it: your name, your email address, and — if you choose to add them — your company and phone number, together with your message. We use them for one purpose only: to read and reply to your enquiry.
Giving us your details is entirely optional — you can always email or phone instead.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has deliberately got in touch about our services. We do not add you to mailing lists, we do not sell or share your details, and we do not use them for automated decision-making.
The form also carries two invisible anti-spam checks (a hidden field and a timing check). They look only at how the form was submitted, never at who you are.
Who else handles it
The site is served as static pages from Amazon Web Services (London region, with a global content delivery network). Standard technical information involved in serving web requests, such as IP addresses, is processed by that infrastructure to deliver the site securely.
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Postmark, our email delivery provider, and our email is hosted on Microsoft 365. These providers act on our instructions under contract. Where any of them process data outside the UK, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then delete it. If your enquiry becomes a project, the relevant records are kept for as long as we need them for that work and for our legal and insurance obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Just email info@nassltd.com and we will deal with it — normally well inside the one-month statutory deadline.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you can complain to us directly. Email info@nassltd.com with “Data protection complaint” in the subject line. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond without undue delay.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the site or the form works, we will update this page. Last updated 1 August 2026.
